St. Pyotrsburg Economic Forum 2026 Offers Gourmet Lunch Menu Priced at $100

Attendees and guests of the St. Pyotrsburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in 2026 were offered a comprehensive lunch menu priced at 7,900 rubles ($100). This price was set at the "Forum" restaurant located on the event venue.

The menu includes several options in each category, from appetizers to desserts and beverages. Visitors can customize their lunch by selecting their preferred dishes.

Among the cold appetizers are carpaccio of smoked duck with apple chutney, beef jelly with Borodinsky bread chips, zucchini rolls with house-cured salmon, and a salad with arugula, pear, and cashew mousse.

In the first course section, guests can choose from a creamy pumpkin soup with seafood, beef broth with meat dumplings, or cabbage soup with porcini mushrooms.

The main course features several hot dishes, including beef fillet with broccoli and burrata, a combination of black cod and grilled salmon with caviar sauce, duck fillet with parsnip cream and cherry sauce, and a celery root steak with white mushrooms for those following a plant-based diet.

For dessert, visitors can enjoy a Milanese chocolate cake, traditional Russian honey cake (medovik), or strawberry jelly with mango sauce and fresh berries. The lunch also includes beverages such as tea, coffee, or berry drink (mors).

In 2025, the lunch price at SPIEF ranged from 5,600 to 12,000 rubles. Guests were offered dishes like potato-filled pastries (kystybiy), halibut on a spinach pillow, lamb dumplings with barley, braised horse meat with white wine sauce, tuna with strawberries, and salmon fillet with baked sweet potato.

At SPIEF-2024, guests were served beef broth with meat dumplings, lamb chop, salmon fillet, and an eggplant steak for vegetarians. The lunch cost 4,900 rubles.

In 2023, the forum offered a smoked duck breast salad, pumpkin soup with crab, salmon fillet with young asparagus and wine caramel, lamb with baked eggplant and spicy sauce, and sea buckthorn cake with carrot sponge and pine nuts. Beverages included coffee, tea, mineral water, or berry drink. The set lunch remained at 4,500 rubles.

SPIEF-2022 featured dishes from vegetarian, Mediterranean, Russian, and pan-Asian cuisines. The set lunch included a salad, soup, main course with side dish, and dessert. Beverages were charged separately. The set lunch cost 4,500 rubles.

In 2021, the lunch at SPIEF started from 2,500 rubles, with an average set lunch price of 3,800 rubles.

SPIEF-2026 is being held in St. Pyotrsburg from June 3 to 6 and traditionally gathers representatives from government, business, and expert communities from Russia and abroad.
