Authorities in the Republic of Crimea have imposed temporary restrictions on the sale of AI-95 gasoline, limiting purchases to no more than 20 liters per person per day, according to regional leader Sergey Aksyonov.
The measure, which comes into effect at 9:00 AM on May 30, is due to current logistical challenges in fuel deliveries. Information about gas stations where fuel is available will be posted on the official website of the regional Ministry of Fuel and Energy.
Officials urged residents not to panic buy and stockpile fuel, recommending that they refuel their vehicles as usual.
Similar restrictions were previously introduced in Sevastopol amid fuel supply disruptions.
