### Three Tankers Attacked by Drones in Black Sea Off Northern Turkey
Three tankers were targeted by drone attacks in the Black Sea off the northern coast of Turkey, according to Reuters, as reported by RIA Novosti Crimea.
The vessels hit were the James II, Altura, and Velora. The James II is registered under the flag of Palau, while the other two ships sail under the flag of Sierra Leone. All three tankers were empty at the time of the attack.
The James II was located approximately 80 kilometers north of the Turkeli area in the Black Sea. Meanwhile, the Altura and Velora were attacked in a nearby area during a ship-to-ship transfer operation.
Rescue boats have been dispatched to the scene. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties among the crew members. There is also no immediate information about significant damage to the vessels.
The circumstances of the incident and the possible perpetrators have not yet been officially named.
