Norilsk Nickel Prepares 2 Trillion Ruble Bond Program

On May 27, 2026, the Moscow Exchange registered the prospectus and bond program of PJSC "MMC Norilsk Nickel" (series 002P).

The program was assigned registration number 4-40155-F-002P-02E.

The maximum volume of the bond program is 2 trillion rubles or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.

Bonds under the program will be issued for a term of up to 30 years.

The bond program has no expiration date.
