Deputy CEO of Uralvagonzavod, Dmitry Semizorov, has been charged with embezzlement on a massive scale while executing a state defense order, according to RBC. He has been placed under arrest for two months during the investigation.

These contracts, signed in 2016, were valued at 132.1 million rubles. However, the actual cost of the equipment was approximately 78 million rubles, with the remaining 50 million rubles allegedly pocketed by those involved in the scheme.
