The Russian Finance Ministry plans to maintain the VAT exemption threshold for small businesses at 20 million rubles in 2027, Interfax reported, citing Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Sazanov.

"All options are on the table, discussions will take place in August-September during the preparation of the budget package," Sazanov said.
