SibAvtoTrans Defaults on Bond Series 001P-05 Interest Payment

SibAvtoTrans, a Russian transportation company, has failed to meet its obligation to pay the coupon income for the 12th coupon period on its bond series 001P-05.

The total amount of the unpaid obligation is 2,613,600 rubles (approximately $32,000 USD).

According to the company, the inability to meet this obligation is due to insufficient funds, caused by delayed payments from contractors and restrictions on the use of funds held in bank accounts due to garnishment orders from leasing companies.

The bond issue, with a nominal value of 120 million rubles, was issued in 2025 and is scheduled to mature in 2030.
