Seven Percent of Checked State Services Fail to Meet Quality Standards

Russia is conducting a quality assurance audit for public services listed on the "Gosuslugi" (State Services) portal, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Government Administration Dmitry Grigorenko announced at the national forum "State for the People," TASS reports.

He noted that so far, only 20% of the total 1,600 state services have been audited, with about 7% failing to meet quality standards. A total of 72 services provided on the portal have successfully passed the quality check.
