X5 Group Issues 11 Billion Rubles in Bonds

"X5 FINANCE" has issued exchange-traded bonds (series 003P-18) worth 11 billion rubles at nominal value.

The issuer sold 11 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription.

The bonds have a circulation period of 10 years, with an offer available after 2 years and 3 months.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The coupon rate until the offer is set at 13.50% per annum, based on the results of the order book collection.

The planned placement volume of bonds during the order book collection was increased from at least 10 billion rubles to 11 billion rubles.
