### Russian Air Defense Forces Intercept and Destroy 13 Drones Over Southern Regions In the night of April 19, Russian air defense forces successfully repelled an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), intercepting and destroying 13 aircraft-type drones. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the drones were shot down over the territories of Belgorod, Kursk, and Rostov regions, as well as Krasnodar territory, the Republic of Crimea (a region claimed by Russia but internationally recognized as part of Ukraine), and the Azov Sea. All targets were promptly detected and neutralized by the on-duty air defense systems. Emergency and operational services are currently working at the sites where the drones fell.
