Fuel prices across all grades are falling during trading on March 30, according to data from the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX).

AI-92 gasoline lost 2.16% in price, dropping to 65,496 rubles per ton, while AI-95 gasoline fell 0.92% to 69,974 rubles per ton. Summer diesel decreased by 0.94% to 63,308 rubles per ton, winter diesel by 0.31% to 62,548 rubles per ton. Fuel oil prices plummeted by 18.72% to 16,852 rubles per ton. Liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) rose slightly by 0.62% to 22,905 rubles per ton. The price of jet fuel remained unchanged at 76,377 rubles per ton.

The drop in fuel prices comes amid market expectations of an export ban on gasoline starting April 1, 2026. The restriction is expected to remain in place until July 31, affecting all market participants—both fuel producers and non-producers (traders). The measure is intended to support the domestic fuel market ahead of increased seasonal demand.
