Russian company "Landscape Construction Hub" based in Moscow has announced its failure to meet obligations to holders of its exchange-traded bonds. The announcement was published on the corporate information disclosure platform.

The bonds in question are interest-bearing, non-convertible, dematerialized bonds of series BO-01 (registration number 4B02-01-00213-L, ISIN RU000A10AMY3). The issuer was supposed to pay investors the coupon income for the 13th coupon period.

The total amount of the obligation was 1.274 million rubles. The payment date was February 10, 2026, the end of the corresponding coupon period. However, the funds were not transferred to bondholders by the due date.

The company explained that the delay was due to a lack of funds on the payment date. The liquidity shortage, according to the issuer, is caused by late payments from clients. The entire amount of coupon income remains unpaid.
