### Russian Company PKF Issues ₽300 Million Bonds PKF LLC has successfully completed the placement of exchange-traded bonds (Series 001P-01) worth ₽300 million at their nominal value. The issuer placed 300,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of ₽1,000, through an open subscription from February 10 to March 4, 2026. The bonds have a three-year term with no option for early redemption. The coupon period is 30 days, and the coupon rate is fixed at 26.50% per annum for the entire term. The bonds may be redeemed early at the issuer’s discretion on the date of the 24th coupon payment. The organizer and placement agent is Tsifra Broker.
