### Russian Ice Cream Exports Reach 17,000 Tons in 2025
In 2025, Russia exported 17,000 tons of ice cream to international markets, valued at approximately $74 million, according to the federal center "Agroexport".
In terms of value, exports increased by 29% compared to the previous year.
The largest buyers of Russian ice cream were Kazakhstan (6,000 tons), Belarus (4,500 tons), Mongolia (2,000 tons), Uzbekistan (1,000 tons), and Abkhazia (800 tons).
The highest volume of ice cream exports in terms of quantity was recorded in 2021, when Russia shipped over 33,000 tons to foreign markets.
