DDX Fitness Prepares to Issue Bonds Worth 1 Billion Rubles
Issuer LLC "ILON" (trademark DDX Fitness) plans to conduct a bond offering for series 001P-01 in early March.
The planned issue size is 1 billion rubles.
Nominal value of each security is 1,000 rubles.
Maturity period is 2 years.
Coupon period is 30 days.
The yield of the first coupon is expected to be no higher than 20.00% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of no more than 21.94% per annum.
Organizers of the offering are Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, and Sovcombank. Gazprombank acts as the placement agent.
