Segezha Group Increases Bond Issue Volume to 3 Billion Rubles
Segezha Group, a leading Russian industrial holding company, has decided to increase the volume of its bond issue series 003P-10R from 1 billion to 3 billion rubles.
The placement period for these securities has been extended until February 27, 2026.
The bond issue commenced on February 4, 2026.
Each bond has a face value of 1,000 rubles.
The bonds will be in circulation for three years.
The coupon period is 30 days.
Amortization payments of 25% of the nominal value will be made on the 27th, 30th, 33rd, and 36th coupon dates.
The coupon rate is fixed at 25.00% per annum for the entire circulation period.
