Domodedovo Airport Put Up for Sale for 132.3 Billion Rubles: Auction Scheduled for January 20th

The auction for the sale of "DME Holding", which unites the main assets of Domodedovo Airport and several related companies, will take place on January 20, 2026. This information is contained in the official notice of the auction. Applications from potential participants will be accepted from January 13 to January 19. The starting price of the lot is set at 132.266 billion rubles, with a deposit of 26.45 billion rubles required to participate in the auction. According to the auction terms, the purchase and sale agreement with the winner is expected to be signed within 5 days after the auction results are announced. Domodedovo Airport came under state control in the summer of 2025, after which a decision was made to privatize it. The announced auction marks the final stage of this process.
