The law enforcement authorities of the UAE are investigating the founder and chairman of the board of directors of the "Delo" group of companies, Sergey Shishkarev, according to sources cited by RBC. According to the sources, a measure of restraint in the form of a non-exit bond was chosen for the businessman in Dubai. What exactly is being charged against Shishkarev is unknown.
