The Government Has Directed Part of the Samara Bypass Worth 145 Million Rubles to the Authorized Capital of RZD

The Russian government has instructed to transfer federal property - a section of railway infrastructure in the Samara region - to the authorized capital of OJSC "Russian Railways". The corresponding order No. 3627-r was signed on December 5, 2025. It refers to structures in the "Southern Bypass" section of the Bezenchuk-Kinel section - part of the large-scale "Kirovsky" bridge project across the river Samara. The total cadastral value of the transferred objects exceeds 145.3 million rubles. Two transferred objects are railway tracks with a total length of 1.071 km (925 m and 146 m). They were put into operation in 2013. The procedure for transferring the property to the state company’s capital should be carried out by Rosimushchestvo within 12 months.
