JSC "Magnet" Issued Bonds for 26.65 Billion Rubles

Magnet JSC issued bonds totaling 26.65 billion rubles.

Issuer issued exchangeable bonds of series B005R-05 totaling 26.650 billion rubles at face value.

Issuer sold 26.650 million bonds at face value of 1000 rubles each through public subscription.

Maturity period is 2 years and 2 months. The coupon period is 30 days.

Coupon income on the bonds is calculated as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period based on the Bank of Russia key rate plus a spread, which was set based on the submission of applications at a rate of 1.40% per annum.

The issue was made within the framework of the exchange bond program series 005P with a volume up to 125 billion rubles inclusive or the equivalent in foreign currency.
