The Ministry of Finance Offered Investors Two Issues of OФZ-PD

The Ministry of Finance has proposed two issues of OФZ-PD to investors. The redemption date for the OФZ issue 26253 is October 6, 2038. The coupon rate for the entire term of the loan is 13.00% per annum. The redemption date for the OФZ issue 26251 is August 28, 2030. The semi-annual coupon rate for the entire term of the securities is 9.50% per annum. The Ministry of Finance noted that the volume of orders satisfied at each auction will be determined based on the level of demand and the size of the premium requested by participants over the actual market levels of yield. Applications for auctions can be submitted through JSC Moscow Exchange and/or JSC SPVB. The presentation was made by Alexei Grishchenko, Dr. Econ., Professor of the Department of Operational and Industry Management, Faculty "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
