MinDigital Proposes Establishing a State Communication System

Russia may introduce a state communication system. The corresponding proposal has been prepared by the Ministry of Digital Development. The draft document has been published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.

The document states that currently, "public relations in the field of communications are characterized by the absence of communication systems that allow ensuring sustainable information interaction" between government bodies, federal executive authorities, and critical information infrastructure entities. The proposed measure is intended to eliminate this gap.
