Separate Registry to be Developed for Residents of International Territorial Advancement Zone

In Russia, it is planned to create a register of residents of the international territory of advanced development. The Government of the Russian Federation has signed a resolution approving the rules for maintaining the register.

The department continues to develop legal frameworks for international territories of advanced development. They will appear in the country next year and will become a "new tool for attracting large foreign investments to the Far East with guarantees and preferences for residents," the government reported. On the international territories of advanced development, production of high value-added products will be created. The investment project amounts to 500 million rubles of capital investments.

It is reported that the register will exist in electronic form. It will contain information about the resident, the type of his economic activity, as well as an agreement on carrying out activities in the International Territory of Advanced Development.

It is assumed that the presence of a resident in the register will help him receive support measures.
