In 2025, Russia began exporting dairy products to Mauritania for the first time, according to the federal center "Agroexport".

From January to October, Russian dairy product deliveries to the country amounted to 80 tons. The total value of the deliveries nearly reached $190,000.

Additionally, in the current year, Russia exported active yeast to Mauritania. Since the beginning of the year, the volume of deliveries has exceeded 75 tons, worth over $170,000.

It is noted that the highest revenue from the export of Russian agricultural products to Mauritania was recorded in 2020 — $31 million, due to wheat deliveries.
