- Platinum (XPT/USD) is up by 1.5%, trading at $1,560 per ounce (31.1 g).

The key trading platforms for precious metals are:

- London Over-the-Counter Market,

- American Futures Market,

- Shanghai Gold Exchange.

These key trading platforms account for over 90% of the global trading volume in precious metals.

Moreover, the gold market has high liquidity:

- Futures market - average daily turnover of around $50 billion,
