Moscow Exchange Index (MOEX) Opens with a Growth

The key Moscow Exchange index (MICEX) is up by 0.3% on Friday and is trading at 2577 basis points.
Shares of the most liquid companies are showing the following trading dynamics.
- Sberbank -0.1%;
- Gazprom -0.1%;
- VTB +0.8%;
- Lukoil -0.2%.
It is worth noting that the key Moscow Exchange index (MICEX) is a stock market price index calculated based on the capitalization of companies (free-float), which includes highly liquid shares of the largest and fastest-growing Russian companies.
The overview was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Committee, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
