Answering questions from journalists, he said that there was no decision on a meeting with Putin yet, adding that "I would not like to waste time." After that, he recovered and stressed that everything would be resolved in the coming days.

At the same time, The Wall Street Journal, citing sources, reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio continue to work out a plan for a possible meeting between the presidents of the two countries. Kirill Dmitriev, Head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, also confirmed the continuation of preparations for the Russia-USA summit.
