Currently the assets of the HOUSE.The Russian Federation accounts for 5.5 trillion rubles. Over the past five years, this figure has increased fivefold. These figures were announced by the CEO of DOM.Russian President Vitaly Mutko during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the plans, assets should double to 11 trillion rubles by 2030. Mutko reminded that the HOUSE.The Russian Federation plans to enter the stock market by the end of 2025.

- It will probably be the third or fourth most important company in the stock market that the government will offer to investors there. I think that these resources will allow us to continue to actively implement housing policy," he stressed.

The state-owned company plans to raise up to 20 billion rubles for development as part of the IPO.
