Gazprom will join its sales companies in the regions where the concern operates to gas distribution organizations. About the large-scale reorganization of the company reports "Interfax".

It is reported that, according to the law, two notifications of the beginning of reorganization are required from the reorganized legal entities. Since July of this year, 10 such notifications have already been published from Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group companies.

Thus, the list for reorganization includes such entities as Pskov, Nalchik, Nazran, Yoshkar-Ola, Veliky Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, and Grozny.

It is also known that the parent company of the sales holding Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC is joining the long-defunct Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pyatigorsk LLC.
