In 2026, insurance pensions will be indexed twice - in February and April.

The indexation of the insurance pension in 2026 will be carried out twice - on February 1 and April 1. This was reported by TASS with reference to the head of the Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Yaroslav Nilov.

According to Nilov, the first indexation is planned to the level of actual inflation, the second - "depending on the budget of the Social Fund".
This is expected to be higher than the actual inflation rate.

He drew attention to the fact that the indexation will also affect recipients of other types of pensions, for example, working and military pensioners. At the same time, military pensions have their own indexation, it depends on the indexation of official salaries of military personnel. Social pensions will also be indexed.
