The Cabinet of Ministers additionally allocated more than 100 billion rubles to subsidize preferential mortgage programs.

In particular, 53.4 billion rubles were allocated out of the total amount for subsidizing Family mortgages (at a rate of 6%), and for Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages (at a rate of 2%) - 9.6 billion rubles, for subsidizing the interest rate on previously issued loans under the Preferential Mortgage program (completed on July 1, 2024) - 37.4 billion rubles.

According to the government, this decision will make it possible to maintain the availability of programs and support citizens in their quest to improve their living conditions.
