The Government of the Russian Federation has officially introduced a long-term toll regime on the 59-kilometer section of the federal highway M-3 Ukraine. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The document is published on the official portal of legal information.
According to the text of the decree, the segment of the highway from the 65th to the 124th kilometer will become a toll road for passenger and freight transport. This section runs from the village of Bekasovo (New Moscow) to the town of Maloyaroslavets in the Kaluga region.
A key part of the solution is the exceptional duration of the toll regime, which will be valid until December 31, 2110, which is 86 years. This indicates the long-term nature of the investment project related to the operation and maintenance of this highway.
