The ban on gasoline exports in Russia for all market participants will be extended. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak during a meeting of the headquarters on the situation on the domestic market of petroleum products.

"p>gt;Recall that the ban on the export of gasoline for all market participants, including direct producers of petroleum products, was established by the Cabinet of Ministers "a href="https://business-magazine.online/fn_1701379.html">until the end of August 2025. The decision to extend it was made in order to maintain a stable situation in the domestic fuel market, support oil refining and counteract the gray export of automotive fuel.

It was announced at the meeting that gasoline and diesel fuel prices on the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange have been declining for the last two days. This trend is observed against the background of increased sales and timely fuel shipments in the regions. It was noted that manufacturers maintain a balance of fuel supplies to the domestic market during a period of increased demand.

Fuel supplies to farmers who have reached the peak of the harvesting campaign are being carried out normally.

In a number of regions, the FAS has initiated several antimonopoly cases on violations of the law regarding overestimation of retail prices at gas stations.

At the end of the meeting, Alexander Novak instructed to keep the situation on the oil products market under control in order to reliably supply fuel to the domestic market and maintain a balance of prices in retail.
