Putin allowed Rusgazdobycha to acquire two equipment manufacturers

Rusgazdobycha has received permission to acquire shares in two manufacturers of technological equipment for the oil and gas sector. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Rusgazdobycha" and its subsidiaries will receive 2.797 million ordinary shares and 2.571 million preferred shares of "GMS Neftemash", as well as 3 thousand ordinary shares and 170 preferred shares of "Gidromashservice" after the purchase.
