Russia has proposed to raise the level of heads of delegations at negotiations with Ukraine

Russia has made a proposal to raise the level of heads of delegation for subsequent negotiations with Ukraine. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"Following a telephone conversation with President Trump the day before yesterday, our president made a proposal not only to continue these negotiations, but also to think about raising the level of heads of delegations," he said during a press conference.

In his opinion, this will allow the negotiation process, along with military and humanitarian issues, to begin consideration of the political aspects of the settlement.
