In Russia, fines may be imposed on heat supply and heating grid organizations for unremunerated violations ahead of the heating season. The relevant amendments to the Administrative Code were developed by the Ministry of Energy. They have already received the approval of the legal commission on legislative activity. This is reported by the publication «Izvestia» with a link to the document.
It is assumed that fines will be imposed both for heat supply and heating grid organizations, as well as for management companies and consumers themselves. So, the fine for citizens will be 500 rubles, for officials - 2-4 thousand rubles, for legal entities - 5-10 thousand rubles.
It is planned that the State Duma will consider and adopt the bill in the fourth quarter of 2025.
