Russian online cinemas increased revenue by 45% year-on-year in the first half of the year

According to the results of the first half of 2025, Russian online cinemas earned 73.6 billion rubles. This is reported by the information and analytical agency TelecomDaily.

In annual terms, revenue increased by 45% (50.8 billion a year earlier). Okko, Kinopoisk and Ivi became the leaders in revenue growth.

Revenue growth in the range of 40-50% has been recorded for several years in a row, starting in 2018, with the exception of 2022, when this figure was only 5%.
