FAS fined T-bank for misleading bank card advertising

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has fined T-bank for misleading bank card advertising. According to the FAS, the advertisement could deceive customers.

The advertisement did not specify an important limit for transfers to other banks of 20 thousand rubles. They also did not report a 1.5% commission. Because of this, the clients did not receive full information about the financial service and could not make an informed decision.

The FAS filed a case against T-bank and found the advertisement to be unreliable. The Bank has received an order to eliminate the violation.T-bank was fined for false advertising.
