"As a result of the UAV attack in Rostov-on-Don, several apartment buildings located on Telman and Lermontovskaya streets were damaged," Slyusar said in his personal Telegram channel.
He also added that at the moment one victim is known. Information about other victims is being clarified. Operational services and representatives of the city administration are working at the scene of the incident.
Earlier, an air alert was announced in the city, as reported by the unified state emergency prevention and response system. Residents also reported the sounds of explosions in the city.
Earlier it became known that on the morning of August 14, Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles attacked the territory of the Belgorod region. As a result, three civilians were injured, said Vyacheslav Gladkov, the head of the region. The regional government building was hit in Belgorod. It is also reported that a passenger car caught fire, which was hit by a drone.
