Rosaviatsia failed to meet revenue targets in 2024

The Accounting Chamber checked the budget execution of Rosaviation, Roszheldor, Rosmorrechflot and Rostransnadzor in 2024. All agencies except Rosaviation exceeded their revenue targets: Roszheldor by 20.1 times, Rosmorrechflot by 30.2%, and Rostransnadzor by 17.8%. Rosaviation has fulfilled revenues by 95.3% of the plan.

"The expenses have been fulfilled by more than 99%, including the state program for the development of the transport system. Rostransnadzor and Roszheldor have achieved all the indicators: Rostransnadzor has equipped control boats and checkpoints, Roszheldor has completed the tasks of transportation in the Crimea and increasing passenger traffic.

Rosaviation and Rosmorrechflot have not reached the planned values: Rosaviation for transportation on subsidized flights and aviation mobility, Rosmorrechflot for the safety of shipping facilities.
