In Russia in 2024, according to Rosfinmonitoring, it was possible to prevent the embezzlement of about 2 billion rubles allocated for the implementation of national projects from the budget. This is stated in the annual financial intelligence report.

According to the agency, more than 1 billion rubles have been reimbursed to the federal budget, about 350 criminal cases have been initiated, the total amount of damage for which exceeds 3.3 billion rubles.
