ASI predicted a "catastrophic" situation with personnel in construction in 5 years

In five to seven years, the human resources situation in the construction sector may turn out to be catastrophic. This forecast was made by Alexander Vaino, Director of the Young Professionals department at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), at the Movement Real estate Forum.

— The situation is catastrophic in industry, construction, and agriculture. Energy and IT are slightly better," TASS quoted Vaino as saying.

In his opinion, housing developers will feel the complexity of the situation in 2030-2032, when there will be no one to build facilities.
