Alexey Likhachev, Head of the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation, met with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in Kaliningrad. This is reported by TASS, citing a source close to the situation.

Likhachev and Grossi began a one-on-one meeting.

Plans to hold talks in Kaliningrad were announced at the end of May. The meeting takes place at Khrabrovo airport.
