The defense of blogger Bitmama asked for excuses for all episodes

The defense of blogger Valeria Fedyakina (Bitmama), accused of organizing a pyramid scheme and embezzling 2.2 billion rubles, asked the court to acquit her client in all episodes. This is reported by the correspondent of "News" from the Presnensky courtroom in Moscow.

According to the lawyer, not a single episode incriminated by Fedyakina has been proven by the investigation.

The investigation believes that Fedyakina, having organized a financial pyramid scheme, withdrew funds abroad bypassing currency controls and restrictions - she transferred the cash received from clients into cryptocurrency and sent it through crypto wallets to accounts in the UAE. Thus, she received over 2.2 billion rubles.
