The head of the Tashir Group of Companies, Karapetyan, who was accused in Armenia of calling for the seizure of power, was sent under arrest.

A court in Yerevan has arrested Samvel Karapetyan, head of Tashir Group of Companies, on charges of calling for the seizure of power. This is reported by local media with reference to the lawyer of the Russian businessman.

The court placed Karapetyan under arrest for a period of two months. The defense plans to appeal this decision. The businessman himself does not consider himself guilty.
