Tougher sanctions are being prepared against Russia, which may affect other countries as well. This was announced by the special representative of the President of the United States for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, on the Fox News channel.

According to him, the bill has already been developed and is awaiting Congressional approval and approval by President Donald Trump.

"These sanctions are called the Russia Sanctions Act of 2025, and I think Graham has prepared them and is ready to apply them. They are quite burdensome," Kellogg said, according to TASS.

He also noted that the new sanctions will pay special attention to restrictions on the export of Russian petroleum products.
