The beaches of Anapa and the Black Sea coast of Temryuk district are closed for use, and work continues on cleaning up oil products in these territories. This was announced by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.
"The territory of Anapa and the Black Sea coast of the Temryuk district, I would like to draw your attention to this, unfortunately, it is the Black Sea coast that remains in a high-risk zone today," Popova was quoted as saying by TASS.
According to her, sand and water samples are taken every day at each of the 150 beaches.
All other beaches comply with sanitary standards.
"All the results that we have received in the territory from Novorossiysk to the border of the Russian Federation along the Black Sea coast towards Sochi are absolutely in line with sanitary requirements," said the head of Rospotrebnadzor.
There are also no deviations on the beaches of Crimea and Sevastopol.
