The cancellation of flights from Russia by Turkish airlines affected more than 15,000 passengers.

Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines cancelled 31 flights on May 8 and 8 overnight flights on May 9. According to ATOR, this will affect more than 15,000 passengers.

Emergency assistance has been organized for Russian tourists staying in Antalya. More than 1.5 thousand people from cancelled flights are temporarily accommodated in local hotels.

Russian tour operators are urgently resolving issues with tourists, ATOR said.
