Putin and Witkoff are holding talks in the Kremlin.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is hosting US Special Envoy Steven Whitkoff in the Kremlin, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

This is their second meeting in two weeks and the fourth since the beginning of the year. The last one took place in St. Petersburg on April 11 and lasted more than four hours. The Ukrainian settlement was also discussed at the recent meetings.

The Kremlin considers contacts with Witkoff to be useful and an important channel of communication between Putin and Trump.
