The operation to liberate the Kursk region from the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been completed, they inform "Kursk news" with reference to the report of the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Gerasimov to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
"The complete defeat of the enemy in the Kursk border area creates the conditions for further successful actions by the Russian Armed Forces," said Vladimir Vladimirovich.
Earlier, the North group of troops reported that the enemy had been ousted from the territory of the Gornal Monastery. Gornal was the last settlement occupied by Ukrainian militants.
